At Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional luxury experience.
- Coffee Policy (Non-Returnable)
To ensure you receive the freshest possible product, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee. Every bag is roasted to order. Due to the perishable nature of this product, we cannot accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee once it has left our facility.
- Accessories Policy (Mugs & Tumblers)
We want you to love your Heritage merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your accessory purchase, we offer Store Credit or an Exchange under the following conditions:
- Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unopened and in their sealed, original packaging.
- Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange.

- International Returns
For customers located outside of the United States:
- We do not offer free return shipping labels for international orders.
- If you wish to return an eligible accessory, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, duties, and taxes required to send the item back to our US facility.
- Quality Issues & Damages
We stand by the quality of our Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a quality concern, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of delivery) so we can make it right.

- Return Shipping: Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs paid at checkout are not eligible for a refund.

Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee prides itself on selling authentic, JACRA-certified Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. All prices are listed in USD.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- International Shipping & Importation: If you order from outside the United States, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by your country. Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee is not responsible for packages delayed or seized by customs.
