At Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee, our top priority is to deliver fresh, delicious coffee right to your doorstep. We are committed to getting our authentic Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee from our roastery to your cup as efficiently as possible.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic: All 50 United States.
  • North America (Zone 1): Canada and Mexico.
  • International (Zone 2): United Kingdom and select Western European countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland).
  1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
  • Roasting: Because quality is our priority, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receipt to ensure peak freshness.
  • Holidays: Please note that holidays, weekends, and inclement weather can affect processing and delivery times.
  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our facility, the following estimated delivery windows apply:

  • United States:
    • Economy: 5 to 8 business days
    • Standard: 3 to 5 business days
    • Express: 1 to 3 business days
  • Canada & Mexico:
    • Economy: 10 to 15 business days
    • Standard: 7 to 10 business days
    • Express: 3 to 5 business days
  • UK & Europe:
    • Economy: 15 to 20 business days
    • Standard: 10 to 15 business days
    • Express: 3 to 5 business days

Note: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures in your destination country.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For all orders shipping outside of the United States, Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • Customer Responsibility: This means you (the customer) are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
  • Payment: Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot refund them if you refuse the package.

To ensure your luxury coffee arrives safely, we utilize the following trusted carriers depending on the destination and weight of your order:

  • USPS (Standard & Economy)
  • UPS (Express & International Expedited)
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number.

  1. Address Accuracy

Our fulfillment process is automated for speed. Please review your order confirmation email immediately. If an error was made, reply to that email instantly. Once an order enters our fulfillment queue, we are unable to modify the destination.
