Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee prides itself on selling authentic, JACRA-certified Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee.
- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Due to the rare and seasonal nature of our crops, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.
- Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- Payment Processing: We use Stripe to securely process all payments. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Coffee is shipped within 1 day after ordering to ensure maximum freshness.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- International Shipping: If you order from outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Coffee (Roasted to Order): We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment.
- Accessories (Mugs/Tumblers): Accessories may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened and still in the sealed, original packaging.

7. Critical Disclaimers & Policies
Please read the following policies regarding your orders:
- Quality Reporting: All quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Address Changes: Please respond to your order confirmation email immediately upon receipt if you notice an error. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.
- Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund.
