Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee ships freshly prepared coffee from our U.S. facility using the destinations, services, and weight bands shown below. The shipping options available to you are calculated from your delivery address and order weight at checkout.
Shipping destinations
United States
We currently ship to 48 states (all states except Arkansas and New Mexico), Washington, DC, Guam, and Armed Forces Pacific addresses. Other U.S. territories and military regions are not currently configured for checkout.
East Coast States zone: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
West Coast zone: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Armed Forces Pacific.
International
We currently ship to Mexico, Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Canada, Austria, Liechtenstein, and destinations not listed here are not currently available at checkout.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery
Rates are in USD and apply once per order within the stated weight band. Delivery estimates begin after fulfillment and do not include customs delays.
East Coast States (0–4 lb)
- US Economy: $12.95 — estimated 5–8 business days
- Standard: $16.95 — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express: $26.95 — estimated 1–3 business days
West Coast
- US Economy: $8.00 for orders up to 1 lb — estimated 5–8 business days
- Standard: $12.00 for orders up to 4 lb — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express: $22.00 for orders up to 4 lb — estimated 1–3 business days
Mexico (0–4 lb)
- International Economy: $16.00 — estimated 10–15 business days
- International Standard: $32.00 — estimated 7–10 business days
- North America Express: $65.00 — estimated 3–5 business days
United Kingdom, Japan, and listed European destinations (0–4 lb)
- Worldwide Standard: $18.00 — estimated 10–15 business days
- Worldwide Economy: $32.00 — estimated 15–20 business days
Orders above the configured weight limits may not receive a checkout rate. Contact us before placing a larger order.
Processing and fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receipt to support peak freshness. Weekends, holidays, weather events, product availability, and unusually high order volume can extend processing or delivery times.
Carriers and tracking
We use USPS and UPS depending on the destination, service, and shipment weight. When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments are sent with duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for destination-country import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, brokerage charges, and compliance requirements. These charges are not collected by Heritage Blue Mountain Coffee at checkout and are non-refundable if a package is refused. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Address accuracy
Review your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, reply to your order-confirmation email immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
